🧬 Solène Ricard, Program Manager at I.CaRe Bordeaux and Project Lead for the UroCCR – National network on Kidney Cancer network, presented: “UroCCR French Kidney Cancer Research Network: Resources and structuring to support translational research”
This presentation focused on the structuring of the national UroCCR network, the tools and resources developed to serve the scientific community, as well as collaborations that help strengthen kidney cancer research nationwide.
🤖 Dr Alice PITOUT presented the study: “Accuracy and reliability of an augmented reality prototype for robot-assisted partial nephrectomy”
This study was conducted as part of the RHU Digital Urology 3D, a project supported by a government grant managed by the ANR (French National Research Agency) under the third Programme d’Investissements d’Avenir (PIA), part of France 2030, reference ANR-21-RHUS-0015.
🔬 Dr Gautier Follain and Dr Fabienne SOULET, from the emerging I.CaRe Bordeaux team within the BRIC-BoRdeaux Institute of onCology (BRIC-U1312) laboratory, presented their work on: “Extravasation of circulating tumor cells”
This research aims to better understand the mechanisms involved in tumor spread and metastatic progression—key challenges in the fight against cancer.
Through these various presentations, I.CaRe Bordeaux reaffirms its commitment to multidisciplinary, collaborative, and innovative research in the service of patients.
