The I.CaRe Bordeaux team from Bordeaux University Hospital Centre was delighted to take part in this scientific event dedicated to kidney cancer research and treatment.
Prof. Jean-Christophe BERNHARD: moderator of the session “Best Of UroCCR – National network on Kidney Cancer” with Prof. Pierre Bigot, in which Dr Gaëlle Margue presented the best surgical studies.
Dr Eva Jambon: presentation on the contribution of interventional radiology in oligoprogressive renal tumour.
Dr Marine Gross Goupil: presentations on the HIF inhibitors results and on the high-risk metastatic sites.
Prof. Jean-Christophe Bernhard interveined in the session “Le Futur” with a presentation on the utility of digital twins.
The Congress terminated with the “ARTURPITUDES” session, during which Dr Marine Gross Goupil and Prof. Jean-Christophe Bernhard participated to a panel of experts.
Dr Gaëlle Margue and Dr Mathieu Larroquette were awarded two of the three research grants awarded by the ARTuR Association and GETUG-Eisai respectively for their projects “KIM-1 as a circulating prognostic biomarker in non-metastatic renal carcinoma ” (a sub-study of the ADAPT-RCC project – UroCCR 183) and TAKTIC, “Transcriptomic Analysis of advanced RCC to identify Key genomic signatures predicting clinical response to anti-VEGFR Therapy and dual Immune Checkpoint inhibition”. 
A big congratulations to both of them and our thanks to the ARTuR Association for their strong support of our research activities.
