Dr. Gaëlle Margue, junior doctor and PhD student in science, co-hosted a webinar on October 1, 2024, focused on  “Ho Topics in Renal Cell Carcinoma Management” during the European Association of Urology (EAU) – Young Academic Urologists (YAU) Congress. Her presentation was an opportunity to discuss strategies for optimising preoperative and intraoperative planning. She highlighted the use of 3D modelling, ischemia-sparing techniques developed at the Department of Urology, Bordeaux University Hospital Centre, as well as approaches to tumour excision and renal reconstruction.  

This webinar also provided a valuable platform for exchanging insights with several renowned European specialists, contributing to a better collective understanding of emerging therapeutic options and the latest advances in surgical practice.
