This resource has enabled the French onco-urology community to launch more than 220 research projects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Currently,&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">eight prospective clinical trials&nbsp;<\/span>and&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> thirty retrospective studies&nbsp;<\/span>are underway.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Thanks to the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/icare-bordeaux.fr\/\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">I.CaRe Bordeaux programme<\/span><\/a>, major advances have been made in&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3D technologies<\/span>,&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">remote monitoring (UroConnect)<\/span>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">machine learning (UroPredict)<\/span>, all with the aim of&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">personalising care<\/span>&nbsp;and improving&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">the management of patients<\/span>&nbsp;with kidney cancer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">With the ongoing involvement of its partners and the UroCCR network centres, &nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: bold;\">Bordeaux University Hospital Centre,<\/span><span style=\"color: var(
